Refunds & Returns Policy

At Perception Skin, our range is bespoke and created in small batches, with our signature formulations using the finest natural and organic ingredients. We are committed to helping you choose the products that best support your skin, and we strongly encourage you to reach out to us prior to purchase so we can recommend the most suitable formulations for your skin type and goals.

Natural Variations

Due to the exclusive, small-batch nature of our products — particularly our facial oils — slight variations in viscosity, colour, or aroma may occur. These natural differences arise from the botanical ingredients, essential oil constituents, and plant pigments used. Such variations do not affect product performance or quality.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us at info@perceptionskin.com.au.

We will assess the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Please include your order number, product name, and a brief description (and photo if applicable) so we can resolve the matter swiftly.

Change of Mind

As a boutique skincare brand producing in limited quantities, Perception Skin does not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been placed.

To ensure you’re selecting the best product for your needs, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing — we’re always happy to help guide your selection.

Returns Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

  2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Please note: refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.
